I did:
- clean the rust.
- If necessary, cleaning out with the fine sandpaper and polishing paste (carefully, without fanaticism, circular motion.
- Posed new cuff (for 25.4 mm - kit D3035 from Seinsa Autofren).
Thereafter cylinders worked well!
