so my question is.
is the diesel aro transmition the same as mine? can i buy it and fit it on mine becouse i have broken gear on the transfercase or the transmition. Or should i risk with older model and more kilometers..
i will call them and ask them about the parts.. i feel so great maybe i will finaly fix my aro
by the way i found this beauty for sale for only 2000E
the transmision on the 1.9 diesel is not the same, is 5+1 ghearbox end transfer box a bit different 1.4 petrol , the front end rear diferential are turning anticlokwise, yours ar turning clokwise, main shaft ar different,

Sorin what about this white aro? will the transmition fit?
if i'ts 4 speed ghear box 1.3 or 1.4 petrol engine will fit , older moodels 1980- 1990 has the same ghear box , been old i't wass built better , late models ar dodgy with the transmision,

nope.. all of this aros were with broken transfer case
get back to your car!
gearbox works well in all gears 1-2 3-4 R?
transfer box is damaged? sprockets are good? what is broken inside?
often fails bearings, gears are chipped or broken teeth
setting must be adjusted if Selector was set wrong, the transfer does not work well, 4x2, N-(neutral) 4x4L (low) 4x4H (high)

What parts do you need?
Sorin gearbox works well.. there is a broken tooth on a gear on the transfer case.. i dont know which one it is.. i will have to open the transfer case but i`m afraid that i will not find the part/parts and will cost me alot of money..
the only thing that is happening now is that there is noise from the transfer case when the tooth skips..
if you depend on your car, you have to undo the transfer case, because if you go by car it is possible to ruin the whole transfer case because of iron waste oil suspension, something happens if you hear noise, it may be only pinion power that escapes the gearbox shaft, nut weakened the shaft.
In Romania, many cars have had this problem, the problem is to ensure the gearbox axle nut. which weakens and pinion power moves freely transfer case No longer transmitting power,
have here a picture Linc to solve the problem, use google translate
i came into this post http://www.aro4x4.net/smf/viewtopic.php ... &start=105 and i am thinking of changing the front suspension. i see that dacia OEM fits.. will that lift the front of the aro. i think that on my aro the front sits lower than the back. so my question is should i buy new shocks from dacia or should i lift mine shocks like this

what do you think?

I'ts the same thing, if your shock's are worn, you chan buy new ,dacia/renault 12 tipe. butt serch them in some tecdok car parts catalog,to be sure they will fit! the joints were from Renault 12.

i had my joints repaired 5 euro per joint 10 joints 50 euros
i will remove the shocks then i will search for new..
look carefully in that area of the picture attached to the piece that is still attached to the shaft, pin must be removed with a hammer and a round tool pin size M4 M5 or something like that, after you have removed the pin, the part will be detached from the shaft of the differential
