Probleme ambreiaj aro 10

Posibil ca discul sa fi fost montat invers.

 D.P.D.V. tehnic,  acel  disc trebuie inlocuit, deoarece  arcurile sunt subtiate ( polizate ) si se pot rupe foarte repede, mai ales daca il fortezi  mai tare.  Am patit acest lucru cu ceva ani in urma ,din cauza neatentiei si incapatinarii unui asa zis mecanic , si m-a costat totul  dublu.

discul se pune cu partea mai lunga inspre cutie-sa zic asa.ia disc nou.

Cand montezi discul, ai grija ca acolo in centrul discului unde-s canelurile, pe o parte iese mai mult, din planul discului.
Partea aia trebuie sa fie orientata catre volanta asa cum este in pozele de mai jos

Am luat kit ambreiaj nou (placa,disc,rulment) si le-am montat eu cu mana mea si acum merge perfect.

The distance (A) between thrust-bearing (5) and plate-spring (4) don't have very much importance because there is not moving parts .This distance can be adjusted from the cable of the clutch lever(10),and i think there sould be few mm.

The distance (B) its a standard one(for dacia 1300 series & ARO 10-11) I think,if you want, when I have time i'll measure it.

about the clutch disc, diameter is correct in both cases, but differs depending on the type of engine. it measures the old clutch disc, or measures the flywheel, the stain left by the old disk, to obtain the correct type of clutch that you have.
